Product Details

Plywood is a tough wooden board that consist of few layers of wood veneers that are glued and pressed together. The purpose of plywood's cross grain is to reduce expansion and shrinkage of the wood while providing overall consistent strength (by at least 25 - 40 times) to promote stability and balance. The bonded plywood with alternating grains reduces "warping" of the wood. Further chemical coating and treatment do not affect the quality of the wood.

General Plywood

Our general plywood or Ordinary Plywood meets the standards for wood products and exhibit the characteristics of being flat, dimensionally stable, durable, and of high precision, making it suitable to be used in both exterior and interior applications. General plywood are manufactured according to the above standards and tested according to EN 13986.

Birch Plywood

Birch plywood ismade from rubberwood core (Hevea brasiliensis) and decorated with Birch veneer. Rubber wood is usually known as environmentally friendly due to its function as a plantation tree that has already served a useful function in the production of latex. Decorate with the light tan to pale yellow Birch veneer with tight grains and smooth surface making this panel the primary choice for kitchen cabinetry and furniture, it has an excellent surface for painting.

Structural plywood

In order to ensure the supper inherent strength and bonding quality, a stricter requirements is used in the selection of timber species which exhibit high strength in the production of structural plywood. Structural plywood is best used for permanent building and construction purposes like beams and hoardings. Structure plywood is a strong and safe panel even if use interiorly due to the usage of phenol-formaldehyde PF adhesive which is low formaldehyde emission , F4 or super E0. Used in constantly wet conditions or occasional moist conditions.

Applications: load-bearing structural purposes, load-bearing sheathing and roofing, architectural components in building & construction.

Concrete plywood is used for concrete forming works to obtain a given shape of concrete in building construction. Concrete plywood uses high melamine contained glue for adhering veneer together to form plywood which makes the wood most suitable for high water resistance.
