Production workflow
The sizes of the cooked bauxite ore is different, it needs to be broken evenly for convenient feeding by conveyor to melt under the high temperature environment generated by the arc.
The cooked bauxite is melted into liquid at the high temperature of the arc generated by the graphite electrode. Use a certain pressure of compressed gas to blow the liquid in the falling process into fine particles. Under the action of surface tension, the fine particles cool rapidly during the scattering process, forming spherical or nearly spherical sand particles with a smooth surface.
Cooling in rotating drum
The inside of the drum adopts a spiral structure to cool and separate the wrapped sand and wool during the cooling process.
Screening in linear moves sieve
To separate sand and wool, while filtering out other impurities.
Screening in swing sieve
To separate sands of different sizes and store them in corresponding storage bins.
Blending /mixing
To mix the sands of different sizes to meet average AFS according to customer’s specification.
Features:
