Product Details

This is a standard AMC's product , with selected raw materials and strictly controlled production process, for solid construction, uniform thickness and absolute flatness. The surface is carefully treated for good appearance, limited defects so it is suitable for polishing or stain to emphasize natural wood grain, or can be painted, paper coated, laminated, etc. FDI furniture factories in Vietnam as well as customers in Malaysia and India favored.

Thickness: From 3mm to 45 mm, common: 3.5mm, 4.6mm, 6mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 28mm.

Thickness tolerance: +/- 0.5 mm

Surface Veneer: Okoume, Bintangore, EV (Recon), Poplar, Keruing (Gurjan), Pencil Cedar, v.v

Grade: AA, AB

Core: Acacia, Eucalyptus (plantation wood in Vietnam)

Sanding: Sanding core and face if require

Glue: MR, Melamine

Dispersion: E2, E1, E0

Density: > 600kg/CBM (can be > 700kg/CBM)

Packing specifications: Wrapping pallets and plastics/steel straps

Payment: T/T or L/C

Delivery time: 2-3 weeks in quantities less than 5 containers
