Product Details

Fish, which generally have a length of up to 40 cm, are flattened, and are silvery white. Commonly called the Ribbon Fish because of its thin shape. The Ribbon Fish that is usually caught is divided into 2 types, namely the white layur fish (largehead hairtail) and the yellow Ribbon Fish. Fish is available in frozen conditions and freezing is carried out on land using airblasts.
