After cutting the pristine fillet from our sustainably farmed Norwegian slamon, our portioning machine cuts the fillets precisely up to 2 grams. The portions can be delivered fresh, frozen, IVP and IQF to extend shelf life. Whether you need portions of 90 grams of 220 grams - our state-of-the-art salmon line can process up to 3 tons of salmon portions per hour.
