三、Process Flow of Production Line: raw material (strip steel coil) → uncoiling → material storage → passive leveling → forming and rolling → high frequency welding → external burr removal → zinc supplement → spray cooling → sizing and shaping → rough straightening → fixed length cutting → pipe collection and binding.
四、Brief introduction to equipment configuration of each unit of the unit:
1. Double cone pneumatic uncoiler:
The function of uncoiler is to support and expand the coil, and the strip can enter the forming rolling smoothly The coil is opened pneumatically, and the feeding frame can be forward and reverse The opening speed of the coil can be adjusted, and the design of the brake device is to press the rubber skin with the cylinder, which is safe and stable.
2. Shear butt welding machine: it is used to cut the irregular parts of the head and tail of two rolls of strip steel and weld the two rolls of strip steel, so the machine can work continuously without shutdown and touch screen operation.
