Production process

How is Toughened glass made?

Toughened Glass is produced by cutting the raw glass into the final sizes and then do the edgework. After that, the edgeworked glass is placed into the tempering machine, enduring around 700 degree temperature and then cool down rapidly using strong wind jet. Thus forming a very strong pressure on the surface of toughened glass whereas the interior still in tension.
