1.Your company is a trading company or a factory?

We are a manufacture factory which located in Suzhou city.

2.Can we do print on the products?

Yes, you can. We can offer various printing ways.

3.Could you do design for us?

Yes, we can do not only mold design of new products but also logo drawing design. For mold design, you need provide us a sample or product's drawing. For logo design, please let us know your logo words, pantone code and where to put.

4.Can we get your free samples?

Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.

5.How long we can get a customized sample?

It will be spent 10-15 days

6.Can we combine many items assorted in one container for my first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

7.What about the normal lead time?

It’s around 30-35 days after receiving the deposit.

8.What's your payment term?

30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% against the B/L copy. Small amount payment could be paid 100% amount by T/T or PayPal. Please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.

9.How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will start mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing, taking pictures after packing.

10.How about the shipping way?

It's up to you, but we suggest that, for small order, could be delivered by international Express. Like FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS. It takes 3~7 work days to arrive as usual. Big quantity would be shipped by sea, it takes more days to arrive. If urgent, you can choose shipping by air, but the freight change will be more expensive.

11.If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

12.How to receive a quotation in the shortest time?

When you send us an inquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as model No., product size, tube length, color, order quantity, etc. We will send you quotation with complete details soon.
