The power pole cross arm is the important part of the tower, its function is used to install the insulator and the hardware to support the wire, overhead ground wire, and to keep a certain safety according to regulations.
This was designed to use on overhead telecommunication lines, for attaching fiber optic cable fttings.
Telecommunication bracket is made of hot dip galvanized steel. Design of Fiber optic cable bracket is unique and allows covering almost all the possible configurations for pole attaching of fiber clamp and fittings.
Stainless steel band and buckles or pole hooks are appropriate for installation of console.
The whole cable hardware have passed the tension test, corrosion resistance test.
Specifications
power pole cross arms present the most pleasing appearance with no ribs no sharp ends. Utility pole cross arms raw material to be used will be of grade S275 according to the EN10025.
All the holes on the power pole cross arms are punched before galvanizing.
Manlong permitted variation tolerance for steel cross arm is as below:
1.) For steel cross arm hole diameter tolerance is ± 1%
2.) For Length of elements tolerance ± 5%
All welding point have 100% penetration minimum
Manlong utility pole cross arms hot-dip galvanizing thickness is more than 630g/m2.
For the hollow part of the galvanized steel cross arm, it will be galvanized both inside and outside the surface for one time.
According to the customers’ requirements, we can press the customers’ logo. And the logo is clearly visible after galvanizing
