　　This unit is made up of hopper dryer, single screw extruder, die head, single wall corrugated pipe forming machine, cutting machine and winder. This line can produce PE, PP, EVA, PVC, PA corrugated pipe.

　　Stable production quality and high line speed. With water cooling and fan cooling together, the line speed can reach 12-20 meter/min. As the forming machine as 72 pairs mould blocks.

　　Forming blocks running without chain, blocks installed directly in the gear groove.
