How to brew Turkish coffee:

For each person, pour a cup of cold water and a spoon full of coffee jam into the coffee pot (preferably copper). If you wish, you can add sugar to the mixture at this stage, or you can add it separately at the time of serving.

Put the coffee pot on a low flame. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes for the coffee to boil. Be careful not to spill the coffee. When the coffee foams and the foam rises, it is brewed. Remove the coffee from the heat and let the foam go down. To make the coffee thicker, put the coffee maker back on the flame for 15-20 seconds until it froths, and then remove it from the flame. You can repeat this process 1 to 3 more times to achieve a higher concentration.

Remove some of the foam formed on the surface of the coffee with a spoon and divide it into cups. Then fill the cups with coffee. The coffee is ready to serve.
