1. How
long have you been making circuit boards and
assembly?
A:
PS has been making PCBs for more than 26 years. We built
our assembly plant and begin assembly business in
2008.
2. What
documents do you need for PCB manufacturing and
assembly?
A:
For PCB please provide Gerber data (RS-274-X) or PCB layout
files such as Altium file and special requirements if you
have. For PCBA please provide the same documents as PCB
meanwhile BOM (bill of materials) & CPL (Component
Placement List). Besides if you need a function test please
include the test instruction.
3. Will
my PCB designs and company information safe if I send them
to you?
A: Absolutely,
we
respect customer's copyright and will never manufacture PCB
for someone else with your files unless we receive written
NDA agreement & ERP system are running to ensure
that.
4. Are
you able to manufacture PCB boards if no such a GERBER
file?
A: Yes
we could help you to clone the PCB. Just send the sample
PCB to us we could clone the PCB design and work out
it.
5. What
is your minimum order quantity
(MOQ)?
A: No MOQ,
prototyping is available.
6. What is your lead time for PCB
manufacturing and PCB assembly?
A:
Small batch PCB: 1-2 layers within 5 to 7 working days
(quick-turn in 24 hours), 4-8 layers within 7-10 working
days (quick-turn within 1 week). Mass production PCB: 1-2
layers within 7 to 15 working days, 4-8 layers within 10 to
18 working days. For PCB assembly, the lead time depends on
your final confirmed quantity and components
purchasing cycle.
