4.Function:

In the poultry slaughter line feather removal stage, the chicken pass through a series of such plucking machines which are equipped with motor driven rotating discs, and each rotating discs are equipped with a number of plucking rubber fingers. The rotating discs will drive the plucking rubber fingers to rotate, the feather will be removed by the friction of the poultry body and rubber fingers. The distance between the rotating discs of two sides can be adjusted to more suitable for different kinds of birds’ body and water spray removes the plucked feathers.

6.The method to change the rubber finger of the A shape plucking machine

(1) Open the machine bank body from the middle of the machine .

(2) Take off the rotating discs with rubber fingers to be replaced .

(3) Use the slotted screwdriver to pry out the broken rubber finger, and then use the screwdriver to press the good rubber finger into the rotating discs holes. maybe it will be a little difficult to press the rubber finger into the rotating discs ,pls add a little lubricant oil or soap water to make it easy to replace the rubber finger, Then replacing job is finished.
