Our product, Biomadecon™ is a fully biodegradable polymer, compostable, toxic-free material, not oxo-biodegradable that completely brings no impact on soil, eco-system, flora, fauna, and water. Which production from design to finished goods is processed in Taiwan.

One of the key features is that it can replace plastic raw material to the existing plastic forming equipment, including Blown film machine, Blown Molding machine, Extruder, as well as Injector while retaining as much the good quality as the plastic goods can have.

Biomadecon™ can be utilized as the material of, for instance, film reel for flow wrap machines, bags, drinking straws, food containers, and packaging, tableware, cutlery.

The advantage of Biomadecon™ lies in its compatibility to the existing plastic forming machines, that reduces largely cost for the local manufacturers, and in the meantime, helps to transform and optimize their current products, which offset impacts on the environment without decreasing their sales amount.

According to our past experiences, here we generalize some properties of products made from Biomadecon™ for your further references.

2. Dyeable and reusable.

3. Wide temperature tolerance from -20˚C to 150˚C.

4. Excellent rigidity and stiffness.

5. Microwavable at a setting of 875 W * 5 min, certified by SGS.

6. Dishwasher Safe at a temperature of 65°C for 30 mins with 5 cycles, pertinent to SGS test.

7. Compatible with the recycled plastics materials for granulating.

8. Non-photodegradation.

9. PLA-Free.

10. Made in Taiwan.
