Our Company Provides BG/SBLC/LOAN/MT103 ONE WAY ETC.We issue fresh Cut, Season and slightly season, Lease the above instrument.

Our Instrument is transferable and its for 1yr one Months and its subject to Rolls and extension depending on the receivers choice.

We do not move first. After Doa is signed by Receiver we countersign and deposit the doa with our bank, then liquidate and Blocked the fund to issue the instrument for few days waiting for the receiver to abide by our 2 special procedures called Bank Standard or Escrow/BPU procedures. We issue instrument strictly on our bank approved procedures, We do not charge upfront fees if the receiver want us to issue RWA MT799. Via email or document without our Bank sending it by swift. We Only charge Upfront when receiver want our instrument via swift, this is due to our bank agreement and procedures as a swift undergoes allot of handlings, portfolio, Liquidation and swift transmit fee which receiver is to bear the cost as many receiver receive swift without further complete the transaction thereby causing us allot of debt with our top host banks. If we are not to charge money upfront then the client must first move with an Escrow Deposit of Minimum of One Million Euro or MT799 BPU, then once that is done we will issue the MT99 to be followed by MT760.,But a situation where the receiver cannot issue the above mentioned Escrow Deposit of Minimum of One Million Euro or MT799BPU, etc he will go through our Standard advance procedure where he pays our Liquidation, portfolio, administration and swift MT799/MT760 fee charges ranging from €55,000 to €130,000 depending on the volume of the instrument needed.
We cannot work with receivers procedures since we are the direct provider, and Our bank, underwriters and asset backers have approved our procedures and stamp it as legal tender for such instrument procedures.
On receivers acceptance of our procedures he or she has to officially apply for our Escrow Deposit /MT799 BPU or Standard procedures DOA electronically, for Purchase and Lease .

Upon the application we will issue the doa which we expect the receiver to read the

Procedures inside the doa and understand it will before filling and submitting back for us to countersign and process the issue the instrument without fail if the receiver meet up with the processed procedures.

We sell and lease BG/SBLC at 35+2 for buy procedure and 6+2 for lease procedure.
We have two basic procedures for issuing BG/SBLC, one for 300M and above and the other for 300M and below.

1.With the procedure of 300M and above, we can issue as much as 2B and more.

If you or your client wants BG/SBLC of 300M and above then we can work with our standard buy and lease procedure the DOA for this procedure will be send to you as soon as you accept our procedure

In this procedures of 300 Million and above, After we countersign the doa, the receiver issues MT799 BPU conditional payment of 35%+2 buy or 6%+2 Lease of the volume requested, or Escrow deposit of €1million Euros cash to any of our provided escrow account as stated above we start by sending MT799 to be followed by MT760 upon confirmation of the MT 799 BPU/ Escrow deposit €1million Euros , some time but optional, Before we proceed We would however require that client shows bank account statement confirming that they can afford the 1% before we proceed; the client will only pay the 1% after we issue MT799, the receivers bank will verify the MT799 before receiver pay the 1%. After 1% is paid then we would issue the MT760 after client receives MT760 then he pay the balance 34% for buy procedure or 5% for lease. ( THIS 1% PROCEDURE IS OPTIONAL,ONCE THE RECEIVER GOES FOR ADVANCE PROCEDURE AND PAY OUR CHARGE,WE ISSUE BG/SBLC DIRECTLY WITHOUT THE RECEIVER SHOWING THE 1% ACCOUNT STATEMENT OR PAY 1% WHEN WE ISSUE MT799,BUT HE WILL ONLY PAY OUR END COMMISSION UPON RECEIVING THE MT799/MT760 AND HARD COPY)

2.If receiver cannot afford the 1% or cannot show statement of account that they can afford the 1% fee or cannot issue MT799 BPU,or Escrow deposit of €1Million Euro conditional payment then they can only work with our Standard BG/SBLC procedure we offer for 300M and below and also 300M and above 2B but will abide by the procedure as explained bellow.

This is basically procedure for clients who want BG/SBLC of 300M and below but we can use the method of 300M and above to any volume based on this procedure only.

This procedure would require the client to pay advance Liquidation, Insurance, transmission ,Handling etc all summed up to transmission charges of between €55,000 to €80,000 before we issue MT799 and MT760 on 300M and bellow but on 300M and above up-to 2Billion the receiver will be required to pay €130,000. This procedure will not require 1% payment or bank account statements showing that client has the 1% fee/MT799 BPU,or ESCROW deposit of €1M Euro etc.

We issue BG/SBLC from, BARCLAYS BANK/ HSBC BANK/NATWEST BANK, DEUTSCHE AG BANK in the UK and from other top banks; these banks will not issue MT799 on our behalf if we have not also given instruction for the MT760 to be issued. Our banks compliance always demands our signed DOA so they also ensure that they comply with the contract and our instructions.

Therefore after MT799 is sent you can be absolutely sure MT760 will be sent.

NOTE: On issue of MT799BPU we will not move first with MT199 or any swift whatsoever and we advice receiver to read and understand well before signing doa as immediately we countersign doa /deposit with our bank ,we will not entertain any excuses or delay at all.
