Tank inside wall thickness of 3mm, wall thickness of upper and lower cone is 3mm.

Tank outside wall thickness is 1.5mm, heat-insulating layer thickness is 65mm.

It's forthed by the polyurethane with beehive type cooling separating layer, temperature fluctuation range of ±1°C/12H.

Tanks accessories: Name plate,Top manhole,Air vent,connections for the temperature and pressure sensors, CIP spray ball ,material inlet/outlet ,stub.

Treatment requirements: acid washing and polishing for the welding seam surface for easy CIP cleaning. The whole tank is completely dirty-free.
