Hydraulic flange is one of the main product lines of our factory. Details as below.

SAE Flanges are designed as per SAE J 518 C standards and ISO 6162 part 1 and ISO 6162-2, These flanges find application in industries where flanged joints are encountered during the tasks of fabrication & maintenance. Hydraulic sae Flanges are connection between hoses or seamless tubes where easy removal is required with in close quarters in the piping systems. SAE Flanges can be Interchangeable.

The design for the SAE System calls for Forged Flanges to ASTM A 105 with Sleeves made from weldable material.

SAE Flange can be divided to two main seires according to the pressure rating:

· 3000 psi standard pressure series designed according to standard ISO 6162-1, which is also known as code 61 flanges;

· 6000 psi high pressure series designed according to standard ISO 6162-2, which is also known as code 62 flanges.

Usually steel SAE Flanges are sealed with O ring . This O rings are Manufactured from NBR or Viton Rubber materials NBR - Shore 90 hardness ( standard) / Viton - 85 -90 Shore Hardness ( Option) ​

Size range: 1/4" to 5"
