AGS-40D is for big size rebar, such as 25-40mm, esp. for 32-40mm, it's 7.5KW motor power, thread length could be 120mm, and if you use it to rolling 16-22mm rebar, I think it's wasteful use.

The material of thread roller and rib peeling blade is special forged, it has stronger hardness and longer service life than AGS-40B and 40E type, so the price of roller and blade is higher. And the diameter of axle is bigger than other type.

AGS-50D can rolling thread on 50mm rebar with 50-type special blade and roller.
