Quality Control

Every forming stands will go through heat quenching and all the key parts will go through stress relief annealing

Every gear box will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.

Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.

Every roller will be checked to make sure its in the range of tolerance and critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.

All procedures are tracked and entered into the WIMS quality control system by the trained QC personels.
