Quality Control

Our Quality Control Flow as below :

1. Incoming Inspection: - All incoming raw materials and components are inspected and tested to ensure they meet the required specifications. - Any non-conforming items are rejected and returned  to the supplier. 

2. In-Process Inspection: - During the manufacturing process, inspections are conducted at various stages to ensure the quality of the product. - This includes dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional tests. 

3. Final Inspection: - Once the product is complete, a final inspection is conducted to ensure it meets all specifications and requirements. - This includes a comprehensive check of all features, functionalities, and safety requirements.

 4. Testing: - All products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are safe and reliable. - This includes endurance, stress, and performance testing.

 5. Documentation: - All inspection and testing results are documented and recorded for traceability purposes. - This includes 

material test reports, inspection reports, and testing certificates.

 6. Non-Conformance Management: - Any non-conforming items are identified and reported to the appropriate personnel. - Corrective actions are taken to address the root cause of the non-conformance and prevent recurrence. 

7. Continuous Improvement: - The Quality Control Process is continuously reviewed and improved to enhance the quality of the products and services provided. - Feedback from customers and employees is taken into consideration to identify areas for improvement.
