EXIMCOM will conduct its business honestly and ethically during its operations. No illegal and unethical on the part of the employees and affiliates is in the company's best interest. EXIMCOM will not compromise its principle for short-term advantage. The ethical performance of this company is the sum of ethic of the men and women who work here. Thus, we are all expected to adhere to high standards and personal integrity. Employees of this company must never permit their personal interest to conflict with interest of the company. Its clients, affiliates, and employees must be particularly careful to avoid using the company contact to advance their private business and personal interests at the expense of the company. No bribes, kickbacks or other remuneration or consideration should be given to any person or organization in order to attract or influence business activity. Our code of conduct refects a shared obligation of all employees. We operate with the highest level of integrity and ethical conduct, always. We do the right thing - even when it's not easy thing - We have zero tolerance for an unethical behaviour. And we abide by the letter of laws and regulations everywhere we do business. It's also important for each of us to speak up when we see something that doesn't look or feel right. We all share this responsability which is key for preserving and building on this proud heritage. If you know of a possible violation of the Code or other improper behaviour, report it. The Code of Conduct is a valuable resource as we continue to meet our obligation to all of our constituents.
