Quality Control

We have strict quality control process. We divide our quality control into four inspection stages - IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC. Sampling rate and frequency are set forth by the Acceptable Quality Level signed by our client. Each product type has a different quality control stdnard to ensure they meet strict requirements. Our QC Team is composted of educated professional that have years of experience in the QC field. Our quality control goal is: no defact produced, no defact shipped.

FAQ's

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: 1) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container) 2) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price 3) Delivery time required 4) Freight payment (by collect or prepay) 5) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)
Mini PC provide 3 years for the main board. Other products provide 12months (can be extended to 13months becourse of the shipping time/0. Or, 1% FOC spare parts no warranty. (more suitable for the customers have technical specilist.)
We accept terms of T/T in advance, Western Union, PayPal, for sample order, if more than USD1,000, we prefer T/T in advance. For quantity orders, we prefer T/T 30% deposit, and balance 70% before dispatch. L/C at sight is also available.
