AS RECEIVED BASIS (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)
MOISTURE - 8 % MAX >11% REJECT
ASH - 14%-16% MAX >18% REJECT
VOLATILE - 16%-30% MAX >30% REJECT
SULFUR (ON DRY BASIS) 0.2-0.5% MAX >1.0% REJECT
