We are a trading company assisting companies involved in Army and Police tender business for Turkish Market with regard to their technical requirements.
Currently we have an inquiry of 5000 pcs Ski Goggles for Police forces.
A. Lenses should be interchanegeable. We require 3 detachable Lenses; transparent clear, High contrast yellow and Smoke colored.
B. Frame should have ventilating opening channels.
C. Goggle should have CE EN 166 certification.
D. Both inner and outer surface of Lens should be Anti-mist and Anti-scratch
E. Lenses should be Optic Class 1 according to CE EN 166
F. Goggle should comply with ANSI Z87.1 standard.
G. Frame should be TPU and strap holders should be POM material. TPU Density should be 1,1+/-0,3 g/cm3. POM Density 1,4 +/-0,3 g/cm
H. Inside the frame should be supported by Sponge.
. Lenses should be Polycarbonate
J. UV-A and UV-B Transmittance Protection degree should be as follows according to EN 166 standard;
Transparent Lens and High contrast yellow Lens is 2-1,2.
Smoke colored Lens is 5-3,1.
K. UV-A and UV-B protection of Lenses should be as follows according to EN 166 standard;
Transparent Lens UV-B Transmittance maximum %1. And daylight transmittance ratio should be min %85
High contrast yellow Lens UV-A and UV-B Transmittance maximum %1.
High contrast yellow Lens daylight transmittance ratio shold be min %80
Smoke colored Lens UV-A and UV-B Transmittance maximum %1.
Smoke colored Lens daylight transmittance ratio shold be min %10
L. Ballistic protection according to MIL-DTL-43511D
