Timer Switch Usage and Mechanical Theory timer

Hi,
I am developing Digital Mirrors for the European market and am in need for a timer to control the on/off time for the monitor that is used inside the Digital Mirror.
I am interested in using your timers for this installation and have several questions.
1. The Digital Mirror is a new product and for the coming year we only anticipate 25 units sold, can you lower your MOQ? Next year we anticipate 300 units sold, so it is only is this startup-phase that we need a smaller order.
2. I see you have CE compliance to this product; can you send me the technical document as from the lab result? I have had previous experience with suppliers that do not have technical document, which makes the compliance document useless. If I will use your product, I will need the technical document.
3. Can you invoice me 4 samples of this product so we can use in our testing?
4. The power reserve is said to be 3 days, does that mean it will keep track of time for 72 hours when there is no electricity to the timer?
