Im Pablo de la Vega from Neutro Applications. We are a company from Spain dedicated to the design and construction of specific water treatment systems for aquaculture.
We need to include a reverse osmosis device for the first time in one of our projects, which will help us achieve a maximum flow of desalinated water of 12m3/h (12t/h). We need to completely (or almost completely) desalinate this amount of water and then mix it with salt water in a mixing tank to achieve the salinity value we desire.
The main work process would be the following : seawater with 42g/l salinity and 28C temperature will enter in the reverse osomosis. This water should have a pre-treatment with sand filters prior to its entry into the reverse osmosis in order to ensure that the osmosis cartridges do not tumble quickly.
