We're looking for a low-cost paperback digital printer for our late grandfather's book. Please include the cost of shipping to Tasmania 7170, Australia (separately itemised) in your quote for an initial run of, say, 200 books. Please include full printing and paper specifications in your quotation.
The *trimmed* size of the book is 152.4 x 228.6mm, or 6" x 9". The page count is 284, so 142 leaves. The cover is in full colour (CMYK), but the inside is entirely black on white. I expect the cover would be printed on a gloss white card, and given the small quantity, I expect the inside pages would be digitally printed on bond paper, rather than offset. Please quote separately for PUR and hot-melt gluing.
It would be helpful for assessing your book-printing quality if I could see a sample before placing an order. The cover and inside print-ready files (PDFs) are available as soon as an order is placed.
