We need an automatic line for processing graphite electrodes, diameter from 200 mm to 800 mm., length from 1 meter to 3 meters.
Also we need automatic line for processing nipples of electrodes.
This automatic line should behave modern integrated dust removal systems (aspiration system) complete with measuring stations that control each operation according to the following parameters : mass, elasticity, hardness, geometry and meet all modern standards of quality and environmental safety.
The functionality must ensure the completeness of all necessary operations :
- processing the outside surface of the graphite electrodes and their flat ends,
- taper socket in the flat ends,
- cutting a taper screw thread in the hole and cutting.
The technical specification for the installation of equipment must contain the following information :
all technical information including equipment capacity and its productivity, drawings and layouts of equipment, all the technical information regarding the mounting method of machines and devices for their installation (drawings, diagrams, grade of concrete, method of attachment, etc.), layout of input units (electricity, water supply, network of sewerage)on location of automated production lines.
