We are looking for a manufacturer for locker organizers. Please read the text below, review the attached word document and answer the questions :
My name is Isaac Lew and I am a Purchasing Agent for Chancery Sales Inc., a Canadian company specializing in consumer products. We are based out of Vancouver, British Columbia, and sell our products throughout the entire United States. Chancery Sales is looking to expand its product line, and we are hoping to find a company to work together with on a potential lucrative business venture.
We are looking for a company to be the sole nationwide manufacturer of locker organizers. We would like to supply different variations of colours of both 2-tier and 3-tier locker organizers, similar to the ones shown in the attached word document.
Product Specifications for 2-Tier Locker Organizer :
• Dimensions : approx. 10.5 (L) x 8.5 (D) x 6 (W) inches
• Weight : 1.7 lbs
• Colours : a variety, as per supplier recommendation
• Material : Polyester (or as supplier recommends)
• If possible, non-toxic, bpa/pvc-free (if you have organic materials, please let us know)

• Dimensions : approx. 38 (L) x 9 (D) x 6 (W) inches
• Weight : 2.5 lbs
• Colours : a variety, as per supplier recommendation
• Material : Polyester (or as supplier recommends)
• If possible, non-toxic, bpa/pvc-free (if you have organic materials, please let us know)

1. May we get a sample of both locker organizers? How much will you charge, including DHL Express shipping to Vancouver, Canada for 2-4 samples?
2. How long will it take for you to manufacture and ship the samples?
3. What is the cost of each organizer for an MOQ of 5,000 and 10,000 units of each item? *We do not require custom or special packaging, as we will supply this ourselves.
4. How long will it take to manufacture and package 2000, 5000, and 10,000 units of each product?
5. What is the package size and weight of one locker organizer?
6. What is the master carton size and weight?
7. How many 2-tier organizers fit in one carton if they are in a OPP bag? How many if they are in a color box?
8. How many 3-tier organizers fit in one carton if they are in a OPP bag? How many if they are in a color box?
9. Has your product, its contents or its components been tested by any laboratories?
10. Do you accept OEM?
