Im looking for and LED message board with the following specifications. We are going to be using the Message board with a product that we are developing for a customer of ours. We will be designing the product around the message board as everything else about the product is custom. But we will need holes left in the PCB.
Color of LED : Full color
Resolution : Higher the better
Message Input : Remote control
Power Source : 110 V standard USA wall plug
Mounting : Holes in the PCB board

This is the most important. We need a character height of 15 to 30mm tall. And a screen width of 200 to 300mm. The screen needs to be wide enough to fit 16 characters on it at all times and also have a scroll function to display bigger messages.
We prefer a unit price between $1 and $15. This will not be a one time order as we are looking to build an ongoing business relationship with multiple order and hopefully more project in the future. Attached is an example of a style and shape we are looking for.
