Im looking for products with the following specifications :
We only want to buy the actual Intelligent Lithium Battery Sensor PCB Board, NOT the batteries itself. The requirement and Specifications are :
The PCB board will be used for UAV (Drone) Lithium polymer batteries.
1. Battery Level and Life Display : the board must be able to drive LED indicators that display the current battery level/life
2. Auto-Discharging Function : To prevent swelling, the battery must automatically discharge to below 60% of total power when it is idle for more than 14 days.
3. Balanced Charging : Must automatically balance the voltage of each battery cell when charging.
4. Overcharge Protection : Charging must automatically stop when the battery is fully charged .
5. Temperature Detection : The battery must not charge if temp is too high or too low. Must only charge when the temperature is between 0°C and 40°C.
6. Short Circuit Protection : Automatically cuts the power supply when a short circuit is detected
7. Battery Cell Damage Protection : Display message when a damaged battery cell is detected.
8. Battery Error History : Must be able to record the battery error history and display it on demand.
9. Communication : current and historical Information about the batterys voltage, capacity, current, charge cycles, and health must be able to be retrieved with software.
