I found your company and your products in internet (where I have found your
LK-35B product).
I am working in components engineering dept. of Intracom Telecom s.a. (more info for our company and products in our site www.intracom-telecom.com).
For a new design we need an actuator with the following specs (preliminary)
Force 50kgr (max)
Stroke 100mm (max)
Voltage 12Vdc (preferable)
Speed not critical
IP65 (at least)
Operating temperature range -40o +60oC
It seems that there is a problem to visit your site, to find other and maybe most suitable part(s) for our design.

- let me know which model(s) is suggested by you (as you know your products) for our design
- send us detailed specs (mechanical, electrical, environmental) for all parts that you may suggest us
- send us a quotation (price and typical delivery time) for 1kpcs and 5kpcs
- inform us for availability of samples and cost (as we will need some samples for evaluation, testing and use in the prototypes for demo)
