We have this big and urgent a project . Is very important to send me your best o0ffer and as soon as possible.

According to our client regulations we are obliged to test all the products in preproduction (before the order is confirmed) and during production (after the order is confirmed) with Bureau Veritas.
So before we place you the order we will ask you to prepare for us 100 pcs samples, final product with the final logo of the client, in order to test them. The cost of the samples will be at our charge and the cost of the first testing will be at our charge too.
If your products pass the tests, then we will place you the order.
if you fail you must pay for the retesting and the improvement of the samples if needed.
that is why I asked you to give me the cost and the time you need for these 100 pcs in my request.

Do not forget to send me a clear (high resolution) picture of the product you are quoting same or similar to the one in the attached presentation.

Please take in consideration that your products must be according to European regulation

Please also send me your Audit copy together with your offer and indicate which Audit you have.
