For your company to be eligible to participate in the tender, you are required to prepare the following documents and send them to me for submission to the tender Authority.


1. A letter of intent for the listed products above.
2. A certificate of incorporation of your company registered under the law of your country, or other documents that confirm your company is registered.
3. Proforma invoice (EXW/FOB/CIF) in your company letter head for the supply of the products.
