Customized sun shade with gooseneck and clip

Dear Sir/Madam,
we are looking for a factory who can create a round sun block screen that can be folded and put in a bag.
On the screen a plastic mount needs to be added with a gooseneck with a length of 20 to 30 centimeters,
On the gooseneck a clip needs to be added. It will look like the images attached but a longer non plastic gooeneck with a clip that can be placed on bigger items. Clip to be decided on.
The sun shade will need to have a custom print that will cover the whole screen on 2 sided if possible.
