Hello. we need to quote 200pcs each made by welding or cast aluminum or stamping. We are looking for new suppliers to replace the ones we use and we need competitive prices both for tooling and parts. Material for these parts is marine-grade aluminum, as 6063-T6 or similar. Surface treatment can be sandblasted and anodized (black) so it can be corrosion resistant. If there are tooling needs, please describe the tool cost and also the lead time.
