The above parties hereby agree upon the following basic conditions for the supply of the commodity Soybean.
1-) The Soybean to be supplied will comply with standards as follows : Commodity : Soybeans (GMO standard grade)
Origin : TBD
Quality : Quality of the goods shall not be inferior to the guaranteed Specifications.
Packing : in bulk
Destination : Mainland China - Shanghai
Inspection : SGS or similar for quantity and quality
2-) Supply Conditions :
Quantity : initial 200.000 ton/month to gradually increase to 800.000 ton/month.
Price :
Payment : Irrevocable LC will be issued no later than 72 hours after signature of contract Conditioned on final SGS inspection.
Inspection : SGS or similar for quantity and quality
Delivery : Mainland China - Shanghai, time schedule to be defined by SUPPLIER prior to shipping
3-) Trial Lot :
A first batch of 50,000 MT, which approval by the PURCHASER will induce supply contract of 200.000 up to 800.000 ton/month.
