* Ability of connection to SCADA software via SMS and GPRS
* support of connective protocols : MODBUS and DNP3
* Equipped with uninterruptible power supply.(for example : Emergency electricity or charger)
* Ability to apply network setting. (For example : IP port via

SMS )
* RS232 and RS485-422 ports must be available.
* Latest situation of equipment must be able to check online in dispatch center.
* The ability of switching equipment from dispatching center via SMS or GPRS or DTMF.
* The security of modem setting must be changeable and watchable from dispatching center.
* The GIS software must be linkable with installed software for automation system. And also the modem must be involve of record power events software and recording of any changing in key situation and electrical parameters(voltage, frequency, flow, power factors) and internal components and alarming these with video and audio in GIS software.
* 3 years guarantee and 10 years for technical support are necessary.
* Final confirmation according to test, control and monitoring of 38 modems in dispatching center.
