We're looking to get a quote on how much it would take to produce bent square of aluminum with cut-out slots.
I've attached two images with dimensions below. The parts colored red are areas with welding. Preferably we would like to find a way to manufacture the first one that is made out of one piece and has one weld spot. But if that is impractical the second design is of halves that can be duplicated and welded together. We would also be painting the pieces so we would need some samples varying the slot width from 6.6mm to 6.731 to ensure that the paint does not chip during the fit.
