We, hereby state and represent that it is our intention to purchase, and we hereby confirm that we
are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per the specification and in the quantity and for
the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.
Commodity : Copper Cathodes
Origin : TBD
Specifications : Purity 99.99% CU-CATH-1. See Quality Annex Attached.
Quantity : 2000 MT Trial followed by 4000 MT per month. +/- 2 Per Cent at sellers option.
Contract Period : Annual
Target Price : LME Copper settlement price less a discount of 15% per MT to include all export docs and local tax.
Delivery : FCA (Incoterms 2010) Bonded Warehouse.
Payment : DLC drawn at sight and payable at the counters of the issuing bank.
Inspection : Pre-Shipment inspection in Bonded Warehouse at buyers expense by a mutually accepted surveyor.
Validity of this LOI : 5 Days from Issue

D-% Certificate of ownership
E-% Full chemical analysis issued by producer/smelter own laboratory
F-% OCC analysis and certificate
